About The Role

The Design Manager is responsible for leading both men's and women's design and development from concept through final execution.

Key Responsibilities

Own entire design process from concept to final product, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategy
Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform design decisions and material selections.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product developers and graphic designers to ensure cohesive collection execution
Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of collections
Present design concepts & collection to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of apparel design experience, including demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product development
Proven ability to design and manage both men's and ladies' development in woven and jersey
Creativity, good fashion & aesthetic sense with knowledge in fabric, materials, colors, fitting and finishing
Fashion graphic experience with good knowledge & skill of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator is a must
Ability to operate independently, manage competing deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Good command of English and Mandarin
