The Head of Technology (Healthcare & Logistics) is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise IT strategy across healthcare and logistics businesses. This role ensures technology platforms, digital capabilities, and IT operations effectively support business growth, regulatory compliance (including GxP), operational excellence, and regional scalability across Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy, Governance & Leadership

Define and execute short- and long-term IT and digital transformation roadmaps aligned with corporate and business strategies.
Act as senior technology advisor to executive management on system modernization, cloud adoption, and emerging technologies.
Lead IT governance, enterprise architecture standards, and investment prioritization across healthcare and logistics.

Enterprise Systems, Platforms & Transformation

Oversee core enterprise platforms including ERP (e.g. Oracle JD Edwards), WMS, BI/analytics, CRM, and integration.
Sponsor and govern large-scale initiatives such as ERP/WMS modernization, cloud migration, application rationalization, and data, analytics & AI enablement.
Ensure system scalability, reliability, interoperability, and performance across Asian markets.

Healthcare IT & Regulatory Compliance

Ensure IT systems and operations comply with GxP, data integrity, cybersecurity, and data privacy requirements.
Lead IT engagement for audits, regulatory inspections, and due diligence activities.
Maintain validated systems, documentation, and SOPs supporting pharmaceutical distribution.

IT Operations, Financial & Vendor Management

Provide end-to-end accountability for IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, and resilience.
Establish SLAs, KPIs, disaster recovery, and business continuity frameworks.
Own IT budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and financial governance.
Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, performance management, and benefits realization.

People & Organization Leadership

Lead and develop regional IT teams across healthcare and logistics.
Build succession pipelines, clarify roles, and foster a high-performance, compliance-aware culture.
Mentor senior IT leaders and subject matter experts.

Executive Committee and Senior Management
Business Unit Heads (Healthcare & Logistics) and regional Operations & Supply Chain leaders
Finance, Compliance, Quality Assurance, and HR
External technology and implementation partners

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of senior IT leadership role, preferably in healthcare, logistics, pharmaceutical distribution, or other regulated industries
Strong expertise in ERP, WMS, cloud platforms, enterprise integration, and large-scale transformation
Proven experience managing multi-country IT operations and regulatory environments
Strong executive-level influencing and cross-functional leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
