What you'll be doing?

Lead product development: Guide the full product development cycle from initial design to production validation.
Collaborate across teams: Work with engineering, compliance, quality, and sourcing teams to meet project objectives.
Manage project planning: Schedule, budget, and coordinate tasks among stakeholders.
Facilitate communication: Act as the bridge between US, HK, and Asia teams, ensuring smooth operations.
Identify new vendors: Source and evaluate new vendors for product needs.
Support team operations: Assist with daily operational tasks, data management, and analysis. with Chinese and South East Asia factories for supply chain oversight.

Who are we looking for?

Experience in consumer products: 3-8+ years of experience in product development, preferably in smart IoT. (Less experience will consider as Junior Program Manager)
Engineering background: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
International experience: Experience with multinational companies, especially in sourcing and merchandising.
Language skills: Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential for global communication.
Working skills: Have experience organizing assets into a cohesive workstream (e.g., preparing & updating GANTT charts, budgets, and presentations) and presenting assets to internal teams and external clients, internationally
Details Mind: Have experience managing numerous programs simultaneously at varying stages of progress
Team player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across cultures.
