Role Description

The Company Secretarial Manager is responsible for overseeing corporate governance, statutory compliance, and company secretarial functions to ensure the organization operates in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements. This role serves as a key governance partner, supporting senior management and stakeholders in maintaining high standards of corporate administration and compliance.

Key responsibilities include managing corporate records, maintaining statutory registers, preparing and coordinating board and committee meetings, and ensuring the timely filing of required corporate documents. The role supports governance processes by preparing meeting agendas, resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documentation while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

The Company Secretarial Manager works closely with internal departments, regulatory authorities, legal advisors, auditors, and other stakeholders to facilitate corporate transactions, governance initiatives, and compliance activities.
