Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time finance professional with experience in digital marketing or project-based accounting. This role offers a flexible work model (2 days per week) . The successful candidate will primarily handle standardized daily bookkeeping and independently manage the project accounting workflows for online advertising and marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

1. Standardized Daily Accounting Management

Independent Financial Processing: Take full ownership of handling daily Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bank reconciliation, daily ledger balancing, and the auditing of employee and project expense claims.
Process Standardization: Streamline and optimize the workflow of daily accounting vouchers to ensure the absolute accuracy and compliance of all financial data.

2. Independent Accounting for Advertising, Marketing & Event Projects

Platform Media Reconciliation: Accurately track, reconcile, and calculate media spend and billing settlements across major digital advertising platforms (including Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

3. Financial Reporting & Analysis

Management Decision Support: Regularly assist in preparing and submitting monthly closing reports, Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, cash flow statements, and detailed project gross profit analysis reports.

Job Requirements

Professional Qualifications: Diploma or Higher Diploma in Accounting, or holder of LCCI Level 2–3 or above relevant professional accounting qualifications.
Work Experience: 1 to 3 years (or more) of full-time accounting experience in Hong Kong.
Technical Skills: Must be highly proficient in operating QuickBooks Online , and adept at using MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
Industry Background: Prior experience in digital marketing agencies, event planning companies, or project-based accounting is highly preferred.

Working Hours & Remuneration

Work Model: Flexible working hours, fixed at 2 days per week (specific days and hours can be flexibly adjusted to align with project timelines).
Salary/Remuneration: Negotiable.
