Young Talent Attraction

How do we scout and discover emerging talent, anywhere in the world? From building engaging campaigns and digital content to connecting with students and graduates through multiple channels, universities, and events, you’ll play a key role in how people discover and experience Lane Crawford, both locally and internationally.

Identifying the Lane Crawford Young Talent

Work closely with key stakeholders to identify and select exceptional talent using innovative recruitment and assessment approaches.

Growing Our Young Talent

Help shape the early-career journey of our emerging talent — from their first steps with us through to their ongoing growth and development.

Your natural curiosity and genuine interest in people mean you understand what motivates and inspires young talent. You’ll bring strong communication skills, be digitally savvy, and have a creative, entrepreneurial mindset.
