【Business Strategy Planning & Execution】

Conduct in-depth research on the market environment, policies and regulations, industry trends, and competitive landscape within the assigned region. Based on Horizon Construction Development's overall strategic goals, formulate a business development plan tailored to the local market, clarifying long-term goals (3–5 years) and short-term annual objectives to ensure sustainable business growth.
Oversee the implementation of the region's annual operating plan and investment initiatives. Allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful completion of all business targets, and report business progress to headquarters on a regular basis.

【Market Development & Customer Relationship Management】

Lead market development efforts in the region, actively identify new business opportunities and investment projects, and build and expand the customer base. Provide customized equipment rental, sales, and engineering service solutions to clients across sectors such as municipal construction, housing construction, transportation infrastructure, shipbuilding & marine engineering, industrial manufacturing, green energy, and warehousing & logistics.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key local clients and partners, including large enterprises, government agencies, and industry associations. Conduct regular customer follow-ups to understand client needs and feedback in a timely manner, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promote long-term, stable collaboration.

【Team Building & Management】

Based on the region's business development needs, be responsible for recruiting, managing, and optimizing local business, functional, and technical teams. Develop comprehensive team training and development plans to improve overall professional competence and expertise, building an efficient, united, and high-performing team.
Establish a scientifically sound performance assessment system and incentive mechanism to fully motivate team members' engagement and creativity, ensuring team alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives.

【Operations Management & Risk Control】

Take full responsibility for the daily operational management of the company's local operations, including but not limited to equipment management, project management, supply chain management, and financial management. Establish and improve operational systems and processes to continuously enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Strengthen risk identification and control, conducting timely and effective assessments and responses to market risks, credit risks, policy risks, and more. Develop a robust risk early warning mechanism and formulate contingency plans to ensure the stable operation of the company's local business.

【Compliance & Corporate Culture Promotion】

Ensure that all local business activities strictly comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal company policies, safeguarding the company's image and reputation.
Actively promote and embody the corporate culture of Horizon Construction Development, integrating the company's values and business philosophy into the daily work of local teams, fostering cultural integration, and enhancing team cohesion and a sense of belonging.

Job Requirements

【Education】

Bachelor's degree or above. Preference for majors in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related fields.

【Work Experience】

8+ years of relevant industry experience, with familiarity of the Hong Kong market. Preference for candidates with experience in equipment rental, sales, engineering construction, or related fields.
Extensive team management experience, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams to achieve goals. Preference for candidates with a proven track record in successfully expanding overseas markets and managing large-scale projects.

【Skills & Abilities】

Strong market analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, with the ability to keenly identify market opportunities and formulate practical business strategies.
Strong business negotiation skills and cross-cultural communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with clients, partners, and team members from different countries and backgrounds.
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Strong organizational coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently in complex and dynamic environments.

Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to long-term overseas assignments and frequent travel.
