Associate (Finance).

Key Responsibilities

Handle general accounting duties and daily accounting operations, including book-keeping & data entry, period-end closing, financial & management reporting, vendor payment & staff expenses processing, bank & intercompany reconciliations, year-end audit support, administrative / secretarial support to the Finance Team
Ensure the accurate preparation of expenditure disbursements, the meticulous maintenance of financial records, and compliance with relevant accounting standards / internal control procedure & guidelines
Support multiple entities in the CMU OmniClear Group
Take up ad-hoc assignments as needed

Requirements

University degree in accounting or related field and member of recognised accounting bodies are an advantage
At least 2 years of relevant experience in audit and accounting, preferably related to financial services
Detail oriented, analytical mind, and meticulous with high accuracy
Team player with strong interpersonal skill & sense of responsibility, and willing to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and major accounting platforms
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Candidates with supplementary experience and qualifications will also be considered, even if they do not meet all of the specified requirements above
