Prepare management reports and annual accounts
Assist in quarterly forecast and annual budget reporting

Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations including fixed asset recording, and handle month end financial reporting
Assist in preparing monthly reports
Prepare accounting schedules/reconciliations and update operation reports
Prepare consolidation schedules/journals and assist in group financial consolidation reporting
Prepare debit notes, aging reports and bank reconciliations
Prepare management reports and annual accounts of holding companies
Assist in year-end process and annual audits of holding companies
Assist in reviewing annual accounts
Prepare tax computation of holding companies and assist in profits tax filing procedures and reporting
Assist in group tax reporting and compliance activities including preparation of information and reconciliations
Assist in quarterly forecast and annual budget reporting
Assist in ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

Degree holder in Accounting or Business Management
Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience, with solid exposure in sizeable corporation preferred
Hands-on experience with accounting software like Oracle ERP system and Hyperion system is preferred
Good command in MS Office Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical skills and self-initiation
Able to work independently and under pressure
Good presentation and communication skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English
