We are seeking a strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, to ensure all payment is processed accurately and in full compliance with company policies, and legal requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

Hands on Accounts Payable and General Ledger Role
Review, verify and process all types of vendor invoices and payments
Review, verify expense claim report and handle staff reimbursements
Prepare general journals
Support for month-end and year-end close, including but not limited to account analysis and reconciliations
Assist in audit related matters
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

Degree in Accountancy
Minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant working experience
Fast learner and be able to handle multi-task
Detail-minded, organized and independent
Mature, patience, with good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel function
Good literacy of accounting software
Previous exposure to Microsoft AX or Dynamic 365 will be an advantage
