Role Description

The Consulting Analyst / Research Consultant supports clients and internal teams by conducting research, analyzing data, and translating findings into clear, actionable insights. This role focuses on solving business problems through structured analysis, market intelligence, and evidence-based recommendations.

Key responsibilities include gathering and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, preparing research reports, and developing presentations that communicate findings in a clear and compelling way. The role also involves supporting project teams in problem framing, hypothesis development, and analytical modeling.

The consultant contributes to strategy discussions by identifying trends, evaluating market conditions, and benchmarking competitors or industry practices. In addition, the role requires maintaining research databases, ensuring data quality, and continuously improving research methodologies and analytical frameworks.

This position requires strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to break down complex problems into structured components. The consultant works closely with stakeholders to ensure insights are relevant, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to structure complex problems
Excellent research skills, including the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and derive meaningful insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data or presentation tools
Familiarity with basic data analysis methods and research frameworks

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
