Role Description

The Strategy Analyst / Asset Management supports strategic planning and asset management initiatives through research, analysis, and cross-functional coordination. This role is responsible for evaluating business opportunities, monitoring asset performance, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making and long-term planning.

Key responsibilities include conducting market and portfolio analysis, preparing financial and operational reports, tracking asset performance metrics, and supporting strategic initiatives from planning through execution. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to collect data, assess trends, identify opportunities, and help develop recommendations that align with business objectives.

The position also supports the preparation of presentations, investment materials, and management updates, while maintaining organized records and ensuring the accuracy of key information. In addition, the analyst contributes to process improvements by helping streamline reporting structures and supporting the development of efficient workflows across asset management activities.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working with complex information. The ideal candidate is comfortable translating data into actionable insights, coordinating across teams, and supporting strategic initiatives in a structured and results-oriented environment.
