Responsibilities:

Maintain marketing collateral, including building and updating a comprehensive database of pitch books, fact sheets, and presentation decks to support the business development pipeline;
Research on peer fund performance, asset size, strategies, and service structures to help the sales team articulate product differentiation, and deliver data-driven insights by extracting and analysing market data using Bloomberg and other financial terminals to create tailored client pitch materials;
Oversee reporting for institutional client portfolios, delivering accurate performance reports, portfolio characteristics, and risk analytics;
Coordinate regulatory data submissions, support annual audits, and oversee the execution of subscriptions and redemptions;
Assist in setting up segregated portfolios and offshore structures (e.g., Cayman-listed funds) by drafting and revising legal documents including IMAs, Master PPMs, and SPPMs;
Lead the end-to-end client onboarding lifecycle by partnering with legal and compliance, and operations to complete KYC/AML and due diligence reviews.

Requirements:

Master degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, sales support, or operations within asset management, wealth management, or institutional banking;
High proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint);
Solid understanding of institutional onboarding, KYC/AML frameworks, and offshore fund structures (e.g., Cayman funds);
Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with legal, compliance, and investment teams;
Good language skills, including written Chinese and spoken Mandarin.
