About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & HR Specialist to support the setup and daily operations of our new Hong Kong entity. In this dual-role position, you will manage both administrative and financial coordination tasks as well as HR and payroll processes.

This role is ideal for someone hands-on, organized, and eager to contribute across multiple functions in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Finance (approx. 50%)

Support general office administration, including documentation management, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
Assist with bookkeeping activities, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams (locally and internationally) to ensure accurate reporting and approvals.
Maintain company records in compliance with local regulations.

HR & Payroll (approx. 50%)

Support employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records.
Coordinate monthly payroll input and liaise with external payroll vendors.
Ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment laws and company policies.
Provide day-to-day HR administration support to employees and managers.
Assist in implementing global HR procedures and tools locally.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or finance support role, ideally within an international company.
Good understanding of Hong Kong labor and payroll regulations.
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a startup-like setup.
