Position Summary

As a headquarters-based development role, lead the evaluation, development, and execution of overseas infrastructure opportunities, with a focus on Energy Transition and Data Center (IDC) sectors. Drive project development strategies, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and support the expansion of the company’s international business pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

I. Market Assessment & Business Development

-Conduct in-depth analysis of target countries' macro-environment, infrastructure market dynamics, energy transition trends, and regulatory frameworks.

-Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in renewable energy, power infrastructure, and data center sectors.

-Provide data-driven recommendations on priority markets, business models, and project selection criteria.

II. Pipeline / Project Development

-Identify, screen, and maintain relationships with key local partners, including developers, investors, infrastructure funds, utilities, EPC contractors, consultants, and strategic partners.

-Support project origination, development, and commercialization activities.

-Work closely with local and regional teams to advance project pipelines and achieve annual business targets.

III. Project Management & Deal Execution Support

-Lead and coordinate cross-functional internal teams throughout project development, investment, and M&A processes. Monitor project milestones, manage key stakeholders, identify risks, and ensure alignment between business, technical, financial, and legal workstreams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Energy, Infrastructure Development, Project Management, or related disciplines.
8+ years of experience in project development, project management, infrastructure investment, business development, or management consulting.
Strong experience in Energy Transition, Power Infrastructure, Data Center (IDC), or other large-scale infrastructure sectors.
Proven track record in international project development and stakeholder management across multiple regions.
Experience working with developers, investors, utilities, EPC contractors, or infrastructure-related partners.
Fluent English communication skills.
Willingness to travel.
