Job Description

Post journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records
Manage accounts receivable, issue invoices, and follow up on collections
Handle accounts payable, process payments, and perform bank reconciliations
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, etc.) in compliance with legal and company standards
Review expenses, payroll records, and supporting documents
Update financial data in the system to ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist with ad-hoc accounting projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements

Certificate or higher in Accounting or a related discipline
LCCI Level II or above
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience with consolidated financial statements is a plus
Familiarity with Odoo ERP system is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
High attention to detail and strong accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
Solid understanding of Hong Kong accounting principles and regulations
Immediate availability is preferred
