Responsibilities

Responsible for managing HR operations across Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within designated HRIS systems
Administer and manage payroll and incentive programs, including calculation of wages, leave, and overtime payments
Manage payroll operations in coordination with payroll vendors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
Oversee and maintain the attendance system, ensuring data integrity and generating monthly reports
Review and enhance HRIS functionalities to improve operational efficiency
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations across all responsible regions
Manage employee benefits and insurance programs, including compensation, life and accidental death & disability coverage, medical insurance, and retirement schemes; ensure timely enrolment and termination
Prepare, analyze, and provide insights on HR metrics and reports, including headcount, labor costs, cost allocation, and turnover
Execute recruitment activities for assigned roles, working closely with agencies and leveraging effective sourcing channels
Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including visa applications, orientation, and exit interviews
Plan and drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Act as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, providing professional and timely HR support
Provide administrative support, including office supplies management, pantry replenishment, and coordination of name card printing
Support and lead ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; experience in the retail industry is an advantage
Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience
Strong analytical skills and numerical aptitude
Detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and proactive with a positive attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
