Job Descriptions

Lead and manage the operating team to ensure all trading/ transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner, strictly adhering to standard operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and guidelines
Oversee financial operations including transaction processing, account enrollment, reconciliation and settlements
Monitor the smoothness of transaction execution and exceptional cases handling
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for the operations department
Collaborate closely with other departments such as Risk, Compliance, Finance, and IT to support business growth and operational resilience
Participant in ad-hoc projects such as UAT, system migration and tasks assigned by the management

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in operations management in financial industry, at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, Tableau) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English
