Role Objective

Support the daily operations of the group accounting (FP&A) function

Job Duties

Prepare and analyse group’s monthly financial management reporting to senior management
Prepare group’s annual budget and quarterly forecasts
Prepare group annual report, semi-annual report and financial statements
Review month-end closing and management reporting of assigned entities
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc analysis and reports to support management decisions
Eligible for job rotation to other roles in Finance department for career development depending on performance and availability

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
Qualified accountant of HKICPA/ACCA/AICPA
At least 5 years relevant experience (e.g. FP&A), preferably from real estate industry
High proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint; experience in Power BI is a plus
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Hands-on, proactive, meticulous and able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment
Good people management skills, strong teamwork spirit and able to coach and develop subordinates
Immediately available is preferred
Less experience would be considered as Accountant
