Job Responsibilities

Providing preventative maintenance for multifunctional devices
Representing FUJIFILM Global Services in the delivery of the MPS
Providing clients with basic device training on daily operations
Device 1st level break-fix handling
Forwarding any technical device or software faults to FB helpdesk as a priority
Ensuring consumables are replaced, stocked, and replenished as per site requirements
Execution of daily operation improvement/ planned service excellent tasks
Date collection for reporting purpose

Job Requirement

F.6 or above
Customer service working experience is an advantage
Fresh graduate are welcome and will be considered
Candidate with IT background is an advantage
Good presentation and communication skills, both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
PC literacy (MS Office - Excel & PowerPoint)
Smart and polite
