Role Description

The Video Producer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality video content from concept through final output. This role oversees the full production lifecycle, including idea development, scripting support, scheduling, production coordination, and post-production review. The producer ensures that all video content aligns with brand direction, communication goals, and audience needs.

Key responsibilities include developing production plans, organizing shoot logistics, coordinating with creative teams, and managing timelines to ensure smooth execution. The role also involves working closely with editors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the final product meets creative and technical standards. The Video Producer helps maintain consistency in storytelling, visual style, and messaging across different video formats and platforms.

In addition, this role is responsible for reviewing footage, providing creative feedback, and ensuring that revisions are completed efficiently. The Video Producer monitors project progress, resolves production challenges, and supports continuous improvement in workflows and production quality. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to keep multiple projects moving simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of video production workflows, from pre-production to post-production
Excellent project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple productions
Strong storytelling sense and visual communication awareness
Ability to communicate effectively with creative, technical, and operational teams
High attention to detail in both planning and content review
Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver under deadlines
Familiarity with video editing processes and production tools is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle fast-paced production environments
Ability to translate creative ideas into structured production plans
Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and follow-through across all stages of production
