Key Roles and Responsibilities

Solid foundation in any automation machine repair and maintenance;
Electrical and mechanical diagram with all electrical symbols;
Replacement and all parameter settings of various frequency inverter, servo driver sensor and thermos-controller
Coordinate with company departments to support manufacturing operation and ensure facility working safety
Carry out daily preventive and corrective machine maintenance, emergency repair and E&M trouble shooting
Proper document records to comply with GMP requirement
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualification and Experience:

Higher Diploma / Diploma in Electronic / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
Familiar with electrical control circuits is an advantage
Strong analytical ability with excellent solving problem skills
With Cleanroom knowledge and GMP experience is an advance
Minimum 6 year related working experience in Automation Machines installation and maintenance
Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker – Grade A
Immediately available is an advantage
