Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Psychologist/Therapist at TherapyMantra. The professional in this role will provide online individual, couples, family, or child counseling sessions using secure video, chat, and app-based tools. Day-to-day work includes conducting intake assessments, creating and updating treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and documenting sessions in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team when needed, monitoring client progress, responding to client messages within agreed timelines, and maintaining clear boundaries and confidentiality. Additionally, the Psychologist/Therapist may contribute to wellness content, participate in clinical supervision or case discussions, and stay updated on best practices in teletherapy and mental health care.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based, client-centered therapeutic approaches in a virtual setting.
Competence in Counseling, including building rapport, active listening, crisis management, and supporting diverse clients across cultures and age groups.
Experience in Psychological Assessment, including intake evaluations, risk assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
Relevant academic background in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field, with appropriate professional licensure/registration as required in the practicing region.
Understanding of Medicine or related healthcare concepts sufficient to collaborate with medical professionals and recognize when referrals or multidisciplinary care are needed.
Comfort with digital tools and telehealth platforms, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage a remote, flexible schedule responsibly.
Prior experience in online therapy, multicultural or global mental health, or organizational/wellness programs is a plus.
