About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will partner with business, product, operations, and technology teams to lead the end-to-end analysis, design, and delivery of business and digital solutions.

You will be responsible for owning initiatives from discovery through to implementation and optimisation, ensuring solutions deliver measurable improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial outcomes.

You will play a key role in shaping solution design, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment across complex, cross-functional environments.

This role focuses on driving end-to-end product and operational improvements across technology stack, including API-enabled capabilities and order-to-billing processes

Key Responsibilities

1. Discovery & Problem Framing

Lead discovery activities to identify business problems, opportunities, and improvement areas
Define initiative scope, objectives, and success metrics
Analyse current-state (AS‑IS) processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks

2. Business Solution Design & Validation

Lead or co-lead design of business solutions supporting product and service delivery
Clarify customer needs, value proposition, stakeholders, minimum viable experience, scope
Define business solutions:
Operate model
Operational requirements across the value chain
Product design definition
Ensure solutions support product readiness and lifecycle management
Leverage repeatable solution design aligned with customer experience and architectural principles

3. Requirements & Solution Design Ownership

Own end-to-end requirements elicitation, validation, and management
Define:
Business, functional, and non-functional requirements
User stories and acceptance criteria
Test scenarios
Design future-state (TO‑BE) processes, work instructions and operational enablement

4. Stakeholder Management & Influence

Act as a key interface between:
Business stakeholders
Product teams
Technology / engineering teams
Build alignment and consensus on solutions, priorities, and delivery approach
Present insights, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership

5. Delivery Leadership & Execution

Own and drive delivery of medium to large-scale initiatives or complex workstreams
Lead BA activities within Agile delivery:
Backlog definition and prioritisation
Sprint planning and refinement
UAT coordination and sign-off
Act as the go-to authority for requirements and solution clarification

Skills & Experience

Essential

6–8 years’ experience in Business Analysis / Business Solution Design
Proven ability to:
Lead requirements and solution design for complex initiatives
Work across business and technology domains
Deliver outcomes in Agile or hybrid environments
Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior stakeholders
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capability
Demonstrated commercial awareness and ability to link solutions to business outcomes
Experience in process automation or digital transformation programmes
Experience in telecommunications, connectivity, or technology-led environments
Familiarity with:
Product lifecycle management
API-led or system integration environments
Experience working with enterprise delivery tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
