Worms Safety is looking for a Group FP&A Analyst to join the Group Consolidation team. This role offers strong exposure to senior management and is a key step toward a Financial Controller position. The scope covers several business divisions within the Group.

Main responsibilities

1. Reporting and analysis

Produce monthly reporting for the divisions under your scope.
Analyse performance versus prior year, budget and reforecast.
Review monthly results with Business Unit Managers and the Managing Director.
Prepare materials and analyses for Board presentations.

2. Budget planning and forecasting

Coordinate the yearly budget and regular forecast exercises with regional business managers and sales teams.
Consolidate and challenge assumptions, ensuring consistency across divisions.
Present budget and forecast outcomes to the Managing Director.

3. Business performance support

Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
Build and maintain financial models for scenario analysis and decision‑making.
Act as a trusted business partner to internal stakeholders, helping to drive projects, profitability and performance.

4. Group financial systems

Help maintain and improve group financial systems and master data (chart of accounts, departments, dimensions).
Contribute to the development of digital finance tools (e.g. Xero, PowerBI) and to data quality and consistency initiatives.

5. Group sales commission scheme

Monitor sales performance on a quarterly basis.
Support the calculation, review and follow‑up of the group sales commission scheme.

Profile

At least 3 years of experience in audit, ideally complemented by 1–2 years in an FP&A or similar finance role.
Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of financial statements.
Interest in digital finance and financial systems (e.g. Xero, PowerBI) and in data management.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI/reporting tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills, able to interact with both finance and business teams.
