Supplya is a sourcing and negotiation company based in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. We help European and US importers get better prices, payment terms, and lead times from their Chinese suppliers — negotiating directly in Mandarin, on the ground in China.

Our clients import physical goods from China and are paying more than they need to. We fix that.

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

You get a list. The list is pre-built — confirmed importers sourced from public trade data. You call them. You ask one question: are they open to getting better deals from their Chinese suppliers? If yes, you book them into our calendar via Calendly.

You don’t close the deal. We do.

You don’t negotiate with suppliers. We do.

You don’t manage accounts. We do.

Your one job: find the people who have a problem we can solve and get them on a call with us.

HOW YOU GET PAID

- $25 per qualified booked call during the 3-day trial

- $30 per qualified booked call ongoing

- 3% bonus on every deal that closes

- Paid weekly

A qualified call = decision maker confirmed, call takes place, minimum 15 minutes.

This is an independent contractor position. No base salary. No benefits. No withholding.

If you book 2 qualified calls per day, that’s $300/week from calls alone — before any deal bonuses.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

→ You’ve done B2B cold calling before — not just customer service, actual outbound

→ You work US business hours (PST to EST) — our clients answer their phones during the day

→ You’re based in the US or your English is native-level American

→ You log every call, report daily, and don’t need to be chased

→ You can handle rejection without taking it personally — not every call books, next call

WHO WE’RE NOT LOOKING FOR

✕ People who “prefer to work via email” — this is a phone job

✕ People who need two weeks before they make their first call

✕ People who disappear after three days
