Role Description

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting a wide range of human resources functions that contribute to a positive employee experience and effective organizational operations. This role helps implement HR processes, supports employee lifecycle activities, and ensures compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee records management, and HR documentation maintenance. The HR Generalist also supports employee relations activities by responding to routine inquiries, helping resolve basic workplace issues, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies.

In addition, this role contributes to performance management processes, training and development initiatives, and employee engagement programs. The HR Generalist works closely with managers and team members to promote a healthy workplace culture, improve communication, and support organizational effectiveness. The role may also assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and the continuous improvement of HR systems and procedures.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism. The HR Generalist plays an important role in ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and that employees receive timely and accurate support.
