We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Head of Operations to join our team. This leadership role will oversee the full lifecycle of fund operations, work closely with the investment team, and drive operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

The Role

Lead daily reconciliation of cash, positions, and trades to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Oversee NAV
Review, settlement issue resolution, and audit coordination
Supervise trade verification, portfolio monitoring, and performance reviews in support of the fund manager
Manage internal databases and operational systems; act as the primary liaison with external service providers
Lead compliance and regulatory reporting efforts to ensure adherence to relevant requirements
Continuously improve operational workflows and establish internal control and risk management mechanisms

What You Bring (Required)

Bachelor's degree (Finance / Accounting preferred)
At least 5 years of hedge fund operations experience
Solid knowledge of fund operations, fund accounting, and fund structures, with a good grasp of financial accounting principles
Excellent communication and crossfunctional collaboration abilities
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
Advanced Excel proficiency

Nice to Have

Prior management or supervisory experience
Experience with multi-strategy hedge fund and master-feeder fund structures
Previous experience as a Responsible Officer (RO) or ManagerinCharge (MIC)
Fluent Cantonese
Python or other automation tools
Comfort with AI-assisted workflows (ChatGPT / Claude / Copilot or similar tools)
