Role Summary

MineSec is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Project Coordinator to

support our project management and delivery activities. The ideal candidate is a

proactive team player with strong communication skills in English and Chinese.

Salary Range: HKD 16,000 – 22,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables.

• Support Project Managers in project planning, tracking, and documentation.

• Act as a communication bridge between internal teams (technical, operations,

sales) and external stakeholders.

• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.

• Follow up on action items to ensure tasks are completed on time.

• Assist in handling project-related administrative work.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment coordination, and post-

launch follow-ups.

• Ensure projects comply with internal processes and security standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant internship experience is a plus.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese required; Mandarin is an

advantage).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
