Responsibilities:

Analyze market research and prepare survey reports for the new development projects
Providing high-quality company secretarial support, including preparing meeting agenda, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Liaise with different internal business units and external service providers
Monitor and follow-up the progress of different projects
Keep abreast of the economic situation, market trend and latest policy changes in the industry
Assisting Supervisor with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements
Provide administrative support including filling and record maintenance

Requirements:

University graduate with at least 3 years' of relevant working experience
Capable of working independently with minimum supervision, under pressure and able to meet tight schedules
Mature, meticulous and good organizational skills;
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
