What You’ll Do

1. Own the product strategy and roadmap for credit products in Mexico, covering user onboarding, eligibility, risk access, credit limits, repayment flows, and other core modules.

2. Drive local market product adaptation to ensure the product fits Mexican users’ mobile habits, financial behaviors, and real-world credit needs.

3. Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Risk, Operations, and local business teams to launch high-quality products and iterate quickly based on data and market feedback.

4. Track Latin America Fintech trends and analyze products such as Nubank, Konfío, Kueski, and leading BNPL players to identify market opportunities.

5. Research Mexico’s unbanked users and key customer segments to uncover pain points and turn insights into differentiated product solutions.

6. Partner with funding providers to optimize capital structure, funding plans, and product-level operating efficiency.

7. Lead integrations with Mexico payment infrastructure, including SPEI, OXXO Pay, third-party payment channels, and acquiring partners.

8. Monitor disbursement, repayment, conversion, and cost metrics, and use data-driven routing and product optimization to improve business outcomes.

9. Manage external partners and evaluate commercial and technical solutions to support scalable product and payment operations.

What You’ll Bring

1. Strong ownership, self-motivation, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving Latin America market.

2. Fluent Spanish or English, with the ability to communicate effectively with local teams, funding partners, banks, and external vendors.

3. Strong product sense and business judgment, with the ability to connect product decisions to ROI, repayment rate, cost, and growth metrics.

4. Solid analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to identify problems, define priorities, and drive measurable outcomes.

5. Experience in Fintech, credit, lending, payments, or digital financial products is preferred, especially in Mexico or Latin America.

6. Familiarity with payment rails, cross-border fund flows, or platforms such as Stripe, Wise, or Revolut is a plus.
