A leading hedge fund in HK is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for building relationships with top talent globally.

Responsibilities:

Manage end‑to‑end hiring processes for quant researchers, traders, developers, and other critical roles.
Develop and execute campus hiring strategies, including building relationships with top universities, organizing career fairs, and managing internship and graduate programs.
Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, networking, and partnerships with academic institutions.
Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Promote the firm’s brand through recruitment marketing, campus events, and digital platforms to attract top talent.
Ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform hiring strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within hedge funds, prop trading firms or top tier investment banks.
Strong track record in campus recruitment and building university partnerships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical candidates.
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
