Job Description: -

To supervise and monitor the daily operations of the restaurant to maximize the revenue.
To supervise the kitchen and ensure every section run smoothly.
To ensure the service standard in restaurant is up to our brand standard.
To ensure the hygiene and safety in kitchen and restaurant in accordance with the requirement of hygiene standards.
To manage the hygiene audit in accordance with up-to-date Accor / ibis standard.
To enhance the ESG requirements as per Accor Policies and Procedures.
To organize and supervise food preparation and menu engineering.
To conduct regular training to the team for quality and service enhancement.

Requirement: -

Diploma in Hotel and Catering or related discipline with a minimum 5 years relevant experienced in Hotel industry.
A clear understanding of Food & Beverage operation is necessary as well as strong administrative skills, along with good communication and leadership skills.
Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin in an advantage
