Responsibilities

Drive and execute HR operations, including employment administration, compensation & benefits, and employee experience initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, service quality, and continuous process improvement through technology enablement
Leverage HR data analytics to generate actionable insights, strengthen reporting, and inform decision-making
Provide hands-on supervision, coaching, and development to junior team members, fostering a high-performance and continuous learning culture
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure HR policies, practices, and solutions are aligned with evolving business needs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record in HR operations and service delivery
Solid expertise in employment administration and compensation & benefits, with a sound understanding of local employment ordinances, compliance requirements, and workforce dynamics (construction or related industry experience preferred)
Proficient in HRIS and digital tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to leverage data for insights and decision-making
High level of ownership, integrity, attention to detail, and execution discipline
Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
