Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, driving performance, collaboration, and professional growth to deliver exceptional HR services.
Manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and performance management, tailored to the needs of major investment properties.
Partner with business units to provide strategic HR guidance, supporting business goals, and operational excellence.
Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract, select, and onboard top talent for frontline and operational roles, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to align with business objectives, industry best practices, and Hong Kong employment laws
Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, foster a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture, and promote safety and well-being in the property management sector.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics, trends, and reports to provide actionable insights for senior management, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Oversee staff disciplinary and grievance processes, conducting investigations and ensuring fair, consistent application of policies in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience in sizable organizations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Hong Kong employment ordinance.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin) with excellent communication skills.
