Handle full-set bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow statements, and financial reports.
Manage Inland Revenue Department (IRD) tax filings, employer's returns, and Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) administration.
Coordinate with external auditors and company secretarial firms for annual audits and statutory filings.
Process staff expense claims, monitor daily cash balances, and handle vendor payments.
Assist with general administrative or operational tasks as required by the business.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on accounting and compliance experience in Hong Kong.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Strong familiarity with HK Companies Ordinance, tax regulations, and MPF requirements.
Native or professional fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Excel and cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a generalist capacity.
