Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D models and designs for automotive components using CAD software, always with manufacturability and real-world assembly in mind.
Take a hands-on approach to installing and assembling prototypes and final products, ensuring every detail meets quality and performance standards.
Actively troubleshoot and resolve design, material, or manufacturing issues on the spot, working directly with your team to find practical, buildable solutions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teammates to refine designs, improve performance, and turn creative concepts into physical reality.
Select and test materials for optimal performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness, applying a craftsman's understanding of how materials behave under real conditions.
Document design processes, modifications, test results, and installation insights to support continuous improvement.
Stay current with automotive engineering trends, bringing fresh ideas and passion for cars into every stage of development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in mechanical design and hands-on installation or assembly of automotive products.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Strong understanding of material properties and practical engineering applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to work as a genuine team player—sharing ideas, helping others, and solving problems together.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in automotive design and manufacturing processes.

Knowledge of simulation tools for testing and analysis.

Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.

A demonstrable passion for cars, craftsmanship, or building things by hand.
