About the Role

Accounting Officer – Fresh Graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate NAV calculation on a monthly or quarterly basis
Process trades via accounting and custodian systems
Set up bank payment instructions for investment and operational needs
Coordinate with the Transfer Agency Team to ensure capital activities are recorded promptly in the accounting platform
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support daily operations
Reconcile portfolio and cash positions between brokers/custodians and in-house accounting systems
Assist with audit-related tasks and respond to auditor enquiries
Support preparation of financial statements and liaise with auditors during year-end closing
Respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

High Diploma in Accounting or related discipline (Bachelor graduated / more experienced will be considered as senior role)
CPA qualification is an advantage

Required Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment
Immediate available is a key advantage
