Responsibilities:

Handle and support ad hoc projects or sales activities as assigned
Explore overseas (such as US/Europe) sales and distribution channels for our new products
Design and implement business strategic plan for expanding our business
Achieve sales target and boost sales
Liaise with finance department to ensure timely invoicing and payments are received from clients
Formulate and implement the annual business plan and development plan for key accounts.
Achieve sales targets and business KPIs.
Develop new customers by market and potential customers visit, own network, trade events etc.
Obtain customer insight and build strong relationships with the customers, Tailor solutions and create customer needs by fully utilizing our local and global strengths and resources.
Manage customer relationship periodically following up to collect feedback and new needs from existing and new potential prospects
Identify and capitalize on up-sell and cross-sale opportunities
Weekly accurate sales pipeline and forecast sales reports update

Requirements:

Degree holder in Chemistry, Engineering / Science related disciplines
Over 3 years’ experience in sales or business development preferably in chemical / textile testing.
Pro-active, strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented
Mature, proactive, aggressive and self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
