Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers, managing all communication and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
Act as a key liaison between clients’ headquarters and teams, internal teams, and external partners to coordinate seamless trade operations.
Handle a wide range of trade activities including merchandising support, fairs and factory visits, order processing, logistics coordination, shipment management, and customer service.
Provide full logistics support such as shipment booking, tracking, document preparation, and timely delivery.
Deliver proactive customer service and resolve client inquiries or claims efficiently.
Utilize advanced Excel skills and AI tools to analyze data, generate reports, and optimize daily operations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.
Prepare trade documents and maintain compliance with client and international requirements.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, agents, forwarders, banks, warehouses, and other business partners.
Develop, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance trade processes and improve service quality for clients.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines preferred.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in trade operations, merchandising, logistics, or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is an advantage).
Advanced Excel proficiency and practical knowledge in applying AI tools to enhance productivity.
Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities with proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment.
Solid knowledge of international trade practices and logistics.
Experience with import and export processes, along with bonded and non-bonded warehouse management in mainland China, is a significant advantage.
Proactive, organized, solution-driven, and customer-focused team player.
