Job Description:

1.Lead full-spectrum business development and operations across Southeast Asia, developing and executing regional growth strategies that drive market penetration and commercial objectives.

2.Lead, develop, and motivate the account executive team, clearly communicate performance objectives, and drive sales breakthroughs and sustainable business growth.

3.Expand and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners, identify opportunities for in-depth collaboration, and facilitate the implementation of major projects toward long-term mutual success.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of sales management experience in internet, technology, or investment banking industries.

2.Proven track record of building and scaling teams in Southeast Asia, with deep familiarity of local business culture and go-to-market dynamics.

3.Genuine passion for AI technology and conviction in the long-term value and commercial potential of AGI.
