We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and driven Consulting Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about problem-solving, data-driven insights, and supporting strategic business decisions.

You will work closely with senior consultants and clients to analyze business challenges, develop insights, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality consulting solutions across various projects.

�� Key Responsibilities

Support consulting projects through research, data collection, and analysis
Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to generate insights
Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions for client business challenges
Participate in client meetings and document key discussion points and actions
Support the development of business models, frameworks, and proposals
Assist in project planning, tracking, and execution to ensure timely delivery
Prepare dashboards, charts, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly
Contribute to continuous improvement of consulting tools and methodologies
Support senior consultants in delivering high-impact client engagements

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
0–3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, research, or related roles (fresh graduates welcome)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work with data and present insights clearly and logically
Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
Familiarity with data visualization tools or basic analytics tools is a plus
