Responsibilities

Manage projects within the electronic toy development department.
Lead hardware and software development for electronic toy products.
Coordinate cross‑functional product development activities to achieve competitive cost, strong product value, high quality, and on‑time delivery.
Ensure product quality meets required standards and complies with product specifications and toy safety regulations.
Communicate and resolve product, quality, and performance issues with the development team, vendors, and manufacturing partners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in product development, including at least 5 years in project management.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and proven leadership ability.
Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
simultaneously.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
