Job Responsibilities:

Handle daily payment and receipt, following up outstanding matters
Prepare company level financial statements, perform month-end closing including journal entry postings, provisions and accruals etc.
Prepare period-end schedules and bank reconciliation
Financial analysis on both company level and project level
Cash flow and budget management
Liaise with various departments and external parties including auditors
Reporting to Finance Manager and assist in consolidation and various ad hoc reporting functions

Job Requirement:

Degree holder/ Higher Diploma in accounting or above
Professional qualification such as HKICPA or similar will be considered a plus.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience preferably in construction company, and listed company will as well
Good interpersonal, communication skills and teamwork, eagerness to learn and improve
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capability
Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
Knowledge and good command of Yonyou is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Finance Manager
