Job Responsibilities:

Account payable management, including:
Invoice Processing: Review and verify vendor invoices, match with purchase orders or receiving documents, and properly code them to general ledger accounts.
Payment Execution: Arrange disbursements according to payment schedule.
Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors, answer payment inquiries, and resolve discrepancies in statements and balance.
Accountant receivable management, including:
Billing & Invoicing: Prepare invoices and send to clients.
Collection and Cash Application: Post incoming payments and accurately apply them to the correct customer accounts.
Prepare company level financial statements, perform month-end closing including journal entry postings, provisions and accruals etc.
Prepare period-end schedules and bank reconciliation

Job Requirement:

Higher Diploma in accounting or above
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in construction company
Good interpersonal, communication skills and teamwork, eagerness to learn and improve
Able to work independently, under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
Knowledge and good command of Yonyou is an advantage
Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Accountant
Immediately available is preferred
