Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Asset Management Officer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting the management and optimization of our global student housing portfolio, working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day asset management activities across UK, US, and HK properties
Assist in preparing asset performance reports, budgets, and financial analyses
Monitor property-level KPIs including occupancy, rental income, and operating expenses
Coordinate with local property managers and third-party service providers
Conduct market research and competitive analysis across different geographies
Support due diligence processes for new acquisitions
Assist in investor reporting and presentation materials

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Business, or related discipline
2-4 years of experience in asset management, real estate investment, or property management. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience can be considered.
Global exposure or experience working with international real estate assets is preferred
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to work across multicultural teams
Knowledge of student housing or residential sector is advantageous
