Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Asset Management Manager to take on a supervisory role within our asset management team. This position offers the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and oversee the performance of our international student housing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead asset management activities for assigned properties across UK, US, and HK markets
With closely with our Investment Directors to develop and implement asset business plans to maximise value and returns
Oversee property budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Manage relationships with property managers, leasing agents, and external consultants
Drive operational improvements and cost optimization initiatives
Prepare board-level reports and investor presentations
Mentor and supervise junior team members
Identify market trends and opportunities across global student housing markets

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
5 years or above of progressive experience in asset management or real estate investment
Strong financial acumen with advanced Excel and modelling capabilities
Experience with student housing, PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation), or residential assets preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
Ability to travel internationally as needed
Strong problem-solving skills and strategic mindset
