We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Examination Service Officer to play a crucial role in our examination services.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Examination Service Officer, you will be responsible for:

Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter and maintain examination data, ensuring the integrity of our records.
Candidate Registration & Inquiries: Handle candidate registration and respond to inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
Marketing & Administrative Support: Assist with marketing initiatives and perform various administrative tasks to support the office.

Requirements:

We are seeking individuals who possess the following qualifications:

Education: Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, or Degree holder in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Skills: Proactive, well-organized, and customer-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage tight schedules.
Team Player: Reliable team player with good communication and presentation skills.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to use variety of software applications.
Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Availability: Willingness to work on some Saturdays
