- Provide full spectrum of leasing support
- Manage the negotiation and conclusion of tenancies
- Liaise with local estate agents
Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing activities for assigned shopping mall properties.
- Identify and secure suitable retail tenants to achieve optimum occupancy and rental income targets.
- Conduct market research and analyze retail trends, tenant mix, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate lease terms, tenancy renewals, rental reviews, and related documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, agents, and business partners.
- Coordinate with property management, marketing, and operations teams to enhance tenant performance and customer experience.
- Prepare leasing proposals, tenancy reports, budgets, and regular management reports.
- Assist in planning and implementing tenant mix strategies to maximize mall traffic and revenue.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant leasing experience in shopping malls, retail properties, or commercial developments.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong retail market, leasing practices, and tenancy administration.
- Proven negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
