How you will make an impact:
Strategic Reward Framework & Governance
- Lead the design and recommendation of a competitive, sustainable Reward Framework, embedding strong pay-for-performance principles.
- Oversee comprehensive Job Architecture reviews and frontline pay competitiveness assessments to ensure market alignment.
- Prepare high-level submission materials and cost insights for the Remuneration Committee (RemCo), Board meetings, and monthly CEO staff cost reviews
Performance Culture, Talent & Succession
- Drive a high-performance culture by strengthening KPI quality, enhancing the calibration process, and improving manager accountability across all entities.
- Lead the strategic review and implementation of the Group’s Competency Framework, defining behavioural indicators by level and establishing clearer career pathways.
- Launch and oversee the Talent Review and Succession planning cycles, developing frameworks for talent identification and high-potential employee development.
HR Digital Transformation & HRIS Partnership
- Act as the primary business owner for C&B and Performance Management modules (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), partnering closely with the dedicated HRIS team to drive system enhancements.
- Define clear business requirements for major digital initiatives, including the deployment of 360-degree feedback for the management population and the Group-wide KPI-setting framework on SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT to implement system automations for complex workflows, ensuring systems accurately reflect approved HR policies and frameworks.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications are highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Performance Management, and Talent Management, preferably within a complex, multi-entity conglomerate or matrixed organization.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale HR projects from scratch, specifically in designing Job Architectures, Competency Frameworks, and Pay-for-Performance structures.
- Substantial experience preparing high-level reports, variance analyses, and presentation materials for senior executives, Board of Directors, and Remuneration Committees (RemCo).
- Demonstrated experience acting as the business lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in HR digitalization projects and system implementations is highly desirable.
- Ability to translate overarching business goals into actionable, sustainable reward and performance strategies. Strong financial acumen for staff cost governance and budget oversight.
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across different business units to a single Group standard.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills, capable of driving accountability and embedding a high-performance culture across management levels.
- Deep understanding of market benchmarking methodologies (e.g., WTW) and advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms to drive digital transformation.
