Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to design and document accounting workflows for new products in a new policy administrative system
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements related to accounting processes for product launches.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in UAT to validate system functionalities and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Support the transition to new systems by providing manual accounting and reconciliation support prior to and during the launch.
- Assist in documentation of process, controls and procedures related to new product accounting flows.
- Support ad-hoc accounting tasks and reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of accounting or business analysis experience, preferably in finance and accounting/audit field.
- Experience with project participation and UAT in life insurance industry is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and product workflows.
- Effective communication ability to liaise with cross-functional teams and external parties.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and experience with accounting or project management software is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly, Independent, self-motivated
